Sharon Cruse, Founder, CEO, Executive Director, worked for the Inter insurance Exchange of the Automobile Club of Southern California, a major insurance company, for over 34 years. During her tenure with this company, she was an expert in team building, team leadership, communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Her strategic and analytical skills coupled with outstanding problem solving and negotiating skills afforded her the opportunity to receive numerous accolades including 10-week training at the company’s Management Institute, offered by Executive invitation only.  Sharon participated in the design and development of employee training and development programs and facilitated performance through the 360 Performance Profiler program.

Sharon accepted the position of Operations Executive for Ladera Career Paths, Inc. In this position, she was responsible for day-to-day operations of the business’ vocational training center and temporary employment agency. She planned and directed all aspects of the organization's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Sharon developed new policies to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations. Sharon’s extensive experience and creativity was instrumental in helping the company establish its first ever night classes. Sharon developed and administered a job skills curriculum, planned and conducted group activities (dress for success, mock interviews (group and one on one), as well as real world application via job applications and interviews. These classes were taught to first time entrants into the workforce as well as displaced workers, who were re-entering the workforce after long periods of time. Sharon influenced relationships with prospective employers to hire employees of the temporary employment agency and accept internships for the students Purple Reign Education Center, Inc. have experienced personnel who are provide a full range of services for individuals seeking employment, reemployment and educational services. They are  employment professionals with extensive background in both the public and private sectors. Their experience in placement techniques for job seekers, and teaching persons to start their own business even when they have barriers to employment and effectively work with both youth and adult populations. All personnel display excellent communication skills and are capable of platform facilitation and publicly addressing large groups.
